Unwrap joy this festive season with a baked Red Pepper Jelly and brie wreath that’s almost too beautiful to eat! This recipe is so easy to make, you’ll be able to effortlessly balance hosting duties while having plenty of time to mingle and make memories during the holiday season.
Toppings (optional): fresh rosemary
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Place a small bowl upside down in the centre of a Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.
- Place crescent roll triangles around the bowl, allowing them to overlap slightly. The tips of the triangles should be pointing away from the bowl.
- Spread jelly over the base of the triangles (nearest to the bowl). Cut brie into small chunks; place overtop jelly.
- To form wreath, fold dough over the filling. Remove bowl. Press dough firmly around wreath to ensure pieces are connected.
- In a small bowl, whisk egg. Brush egg over dough. Bake 25-30 m in or until golden brown. Allow to cool 10 min before slicing to serve.
- Garnish with rosemary, if desired.
