Crispy, crunchy tortilla chips made easy at home.


Ingredients

whole-wheat tortillas (10"/25 cm)
1 tbsp
water
1 tsp
package (one or another):

Preparation
  1. Stack tortillas one on top of each other in a pile. Cut into wedges to make chips.
  2. Working in batches, spread wedges out on a Multipurpose Tray without overlapping. Brush with water and sprinkle with seasoning.
  3. Microwave on high for 1–2 minutes until lightly crispy.
Tips

Chips will crisp slightly as they cool.
